Barn, now dwelling. Early C19 with mid-C20 alteration. Hammer-dressed
stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3-bay symmetrical facade originally.
Central bay breaks forward and has semicircular-arched cart-entry and
pedimented gable surmounted by weathervane. Flanking bays have segmental-arched
cart-entries (altered to windows). Inserted windows with stone lintels and sills.
Hipped roof.
Interior: one room has fine late-C16 elaborately-carved oak fireplace and
2 doorcases from Flockton Manor. These are of high quality workmanship.
