House, inscribed and dated on panel over door N & E(?) FLEMING(?) 1818. Incised
stucco with eaves band. Graduated slate roof with stone kneelers and rendered
end chimneys. Symmetrical 2-storey, 3-bay front has panelled door in
round-arched surround with projecting keystone; sash in stone surround to either
side on each floor with blocked window above door. Round-arched stair window to
centre rear.
