TL 1449 MOGERHANGER

House. Circa 1700. Colourwashed roughcast over timber frame construction.
Thatched roof. 2-room plan, one storey and attics. Ground floor has C19
canted bay window with tiled roof to LH, and 2-light horizontal sash to RH.
Attic has eyebrow dormer to LH with 2-light casement. Gabled porch, of
colourwashed brick with thatched roof, has plaque: "C.C.T. 1813". Front door
of 4 moulded panels. Colourwashed brick ridge stack. C20 single-storeyed
additions to rear.
