Adjoins NW corner of mill, forming L plan overall. Rectangular block with 3-
window facade of 2 storeys. E elevation: 2 windows to ground floor, 3 to
first floor, all with gauged brick flat heads and C20 3-light casements.
Central 5-panel front door with shepherd's crook pilasters supporting flat
hood. Red brick ridge stack to LH, external brick stack to RH gable. Later
C19 addition to RH with shallower pitch to roof and sash windows without
glazing bars.
