House divided into 2. Early C19. Painted incised stucco, under hipped
graduated greenslate roof with rendered chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 5 bays, with
rear single-storey extension forming part of No.40. Panelled door within
polygonal pilastered and glazed C19 porch. Sash windows with glazing bars in
plain reveals. Right return wall and extension have sash windows with glazing
bars in painted stone surrounds.
