House, possibly with C17 origins, remodelled in mid-C19. Rubble stone and cob
with large granite quoins. Slate roof with gable ends. Large projecting stone
chimneys on gable ends with C20 brick stacks. Partly rendered to rear.
Single depth, 2 room with cross-passage plan. Projecting rear wing on north-east
under catslide roof to form L-shape.
2-storeys, symmetrical 2 window south front. Ground floor with two 2-light
centre hung casements, 8 panes per casement under large granite lintels. Central 4-
panelled C19 door with circa late C19 or early C20 gabled lattice porch on brick base.
First floor with two 2-light centre hung casements with glazing bars and chamfered
granite jambs, probably reused. Timber lintels and granite cills; the left-hand
lintel chamfered. Lean-to store, rubblestone on left-hand gable end.
Room on right with chamfered granite lintel and jambs to fireplace.
Interior not inspected.
