l834 for Dr Rumsey by Gilbert Scott. One of his earliest works. Simplified
Neoclassical style. Red brick, 3 storeys, 4 sash windows with glazing bars
in reveals under cutter flat arches. Modern shop window with no cornice to
fascia. On left archway to passage containing stone plaque inscribed with
date of construction and name of owner.
