Farmhouse. Mid C18. Coursed rubble gritstone with quoins, plain eaves, intermediate and end ridge stacks, and stone slated roof. Two storeys, three bays with two-light flush mullioned windows and C20 window frames. Two doorways with quoined surrounds, and shallow arches to undersides of flat lintels. Doorway to centre now blocked and remaining doorway with plain planked door. C20 single bay addition at south east end.
