Cottage, associated with dairy for Waddesdon Estate. Circa 1880-90, probably by W. Taylor of Bierton, for Ferdinand de Rothschild. Red brick ground floor, half-timbered gables, tile-hanging to rear. Tiled roofs, two brick chimneys with arched panels.

Picturesque. One and a half storeys, two irregular bays. North side has projection to centre with two-storey canted bay window and overhanging gable. Lean-to porch to right, verandah with turned wooden balusters and lean-to roof to left. Wooden casements, those to bay window with central arched lights. Another verandah and gabled bay to rear. Single storey canted bay window to right side.
