House dated by first floor plaque inscribed John Farey 1721. Coursed
limestone rubble. Steeply pitched Welsh slate roof with tile gable coping.
Two storeys. Two first floor sash windows with glazing bars under slightly
cambered yellow brick arches. Two larger ground floor sashes with glazing
bars flanking doorway with shallow rectangular fanlight.
