Farmhouse adjoining outbuilding and front garden walls. Circa early C18 outbuilding
circa early-mid C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings, painted render at the
front. Grouted Delabole slate roof with large granite ashlar stacks over the gable
ends. The roof continues to the right with a hipped return to a gable ended
outbuilding at right angles.
2 room plan with central cross passage plus later lean-tos at rear the right hand
lean-to with half-round-on-plan rubble stack, plus outbuilding added to the right
hand end which returns at right angles to the rear forming an overall L-shape.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window front with central doorway with split ledged door.
4 pane horned sashes in original openings, the 1st floor windows smaller.
Interior : The slurried rubble garden walls at the front enclose a slightly irregular
shallow rectangular garden. The gateway is slightly left of centre with round-headed
dressed granite monolith gate piers.
