The last survivor of an early-mid C19 terrace. Two storeys, 2 windows. Pinkish
brick. Low pitched slated roof with ridge stack. Stuccoed lintels and stone cills
to recessed. sash windows. Ground floor canted bay his pilasters and entablature.
At left a 5-panel door with cornice head and oblong fanlight with margin lights.
