Hotel. Late C17; refronted late C18. Render over timber frame; gabled old
tile roof; brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 4-window range.
C20 double doors set in mid C19 classical stone porch. Late C18 tripartite
sash set in moulded wood architrave to left; blocked window to right. Similar
first-floor 12-pane sashes and second-floor 9-pane sashes set in moulded wood
architraves; late C17/early C18 coved plaster cornice. Gabled dormer with C18
two-light casement with wrought-iron fittings. Late C18 two-storey, 3-bay range
to right,of render over brick with gabled old tile roof and brick end
stack: segmental arches over 3 mid C19 horned 12-pane sashes on ground floor
and 2 late C18 twelve-pane sashes on first floor.
Interior: mid C19 staircase with turned balusters and mock panelling; mid C19
panelled doors. Exposed late C17 wall plate and studs to first floor; late
C17 three-bay queen-post roof with clasped purlins.

C17, refronted C18 or early C19. Stucco with coved cornice, old tiled
hipped roof. 3 storeys; main block has 4 bay upper part, ground floor
with 3 light window to left hand and single light window to right hand,
4 panes wide. ALL windows have flush sashes with glazing bars. Modern
right central glazed doors. Small 2 storeyed extension to right hand of
3 bays generally similar to main block.
Nos 1 to 5 (consec), The Little Market House, Guildhall, Premises occupied
by Midland Bank and The Falcon Hotel form a group.
