Farmhouse, early C18. Coloured brickwork with slate roof. 2 storeys
and attic, 2 bays, including the south-west gable. Projecting brick
bands first and second floors. Part-glazed door, with bead and flush
panels below, in added gabled porch with barge boards. Tripartite
sashes with stone sills and segmental arches ground and first floor
level. Two light flush casements in attic. Mid-ridge stacks to both
roofs.
Interior: Small bevelled and cased beams. Four-panel doors. At
first floor level there are stop-chamfered beams and exposed ceiling
joists also wide boarded doors on old tee hinges. In the attic there
is a wide boarded door on strap hinges.
