House and two cottages. Cottages early and later C18, house early C19. East
cottage rubble, west cottage coursed rubble with rendered left-return, house
squared stone with tooled-and-margined quoins, dressings and porch. Stone
slate roofs, with brick stacks to cottages.
2 storeys, 2, 1 and 3 bays. Oldest part is cottage in centre. Right boarded
door under timber lintel, with tiny window directly above; left 6-pane casement
window in stone surround. 1st floor 16-pane Yorkshire sash with timber lintel;
old brick stack to left. Left cottage has central boarded door, with 2-pane
overlight, and 12-pane sash windows with slightly-projecting sills, all
openings with tooled lintels. Engineering brick end stacks. House at right
3 bays, symmetrical. Boarded door with 4-pane overlight inside shallow porch;
12-pane sash windows. End stacks with chamfered caps.
Rear elevation: Outshut to cottages has boarded door and 4-pane Yorkshire sash
under heavy timber lintel; house has 9-pane short sashes in stone surrounds.
C20 half-glazed porch to rear of house is not of special interest.
