Large headstone. 1798 to Johnathon Horn of Brisco and his family. Sandstone.
Shaped top and recessed circular panel with relief of a draped urn. Reverse
inscribed: IN TOKEN of esteem and Gratitude to an affectionate
Father, this stone is erected to the Memory of the said
JOHNATHON HORN, who by the innate vigour of his
Genius improved by unwearied Application, acquired a
Most extensive knowledge of the MATHEMATICS. His
heart was endowed with every social and Manly virtue,
and adorned with those qualities, which constitute an
aimiable character.
