Late C16 cottage. Three-unit plan with sunken dairy to right hand with later C19
alterations. Rendered timber-frame, thatched roof. Ridge stack and later external
gable stack to right hand. Three gabled dormer windows with horizontal sliding
sashes with glazing bars. Three ground floor horizontal sliding sashes in segmental
arches. Four-flush-panelled door. Interior has original inglenook hearths and
later baking over, and stop-chamfered ceiling beams.
