Includes Nos. 47 and 49 Lees Lane. House. Late 16 jettied
crosswing with C17 hall range to South rebuilt on site of
original hall. Adjoining C17 cottage forming crosswing to South
of hall. Timber framed, rendered with plain tile roof. One
original red brick side stack to North wall of crosswing and
gault brick stack to South gable end of hall range. Crosswing
of two storeys. Bressumer of jetty carved with leaf ornament
and carried on brackets with foliated spandrels. Two modern
casements and door to crosswing. Hall range of one storey and
attics. Two modern casements. C17 cottage to South. Timber
framed, rendered. Plain tiled, with projecting, repaired end
stacks having stepped offsets. One storey and attics. Two
gabled dormers. Two horizontal sliding sashes flush with facade
on either side of two boarded doors. Interior: ground floor of
crosswing has chamfered main beams and stops carved with leaf
ornament. Framing of heavy scantling.
