C18, altered mid-late C19. Two storeys and attic, stucco, with steep slate roof with two pedimented gabled dormers with sash windows with central glazing bars only. Two shallow splay bay sash windows of three lights, late C19. Moulded first floor cornice. one of the bays continues to the ground floor. Arched entrance with radial bar fanlight and keystone. Plinth. Round-headed passage doorway. Ornamental eaves cornice. Included as part of a group.
