dressed watershot stone with C20 tile roof. l-bay 2-storey
house with C20 lean-to extension and porch. Quoins. 5-light
recessed cavetto-moulded stone mullion window on ground foor
and 6-light on first floor. Door obscured by additions.
Gable chimney stack.
