Dated 1803. Small coursed stone rubble house at right angles to road. Collyweston
stone roof with gabled ends. Flush quoins. Two storeys. Three window range.
Three-light casements with glazing bars, and wooden lintels. Plain central
doorway with modern glazed door. Brick end chimney stacks.
