Cottage, probably C18 fabric but remodelled and extended in C19 in cottage orné
style, partially rendered stone and cob. Dressed stone quoins. Thatched roof,
gable end to north, hipped at south end and on extension on each side 2 axial
brick stacks. Single storey T-shaped plan. Projecting bottom portion of T-shape
on east side facing road has canted bay window with 2 light window with leaded
lights and hood moulds in recess to left and brick extension and rendered outshut
to right. C20 extension at right gable end with slated roof. On west facade, the
thatch projects as heads over canted bay windows at each end with diamond leaded
lights. Between are two similarly patterned 2-light windows - that to right has
dripstone with returned ends. Doorway with thatched porch at south end. To its
right a 2 light window with leaded light and hood mould with returned ends.
