C15 hall house with cross-wing at east end, extensively altered in C16. Timber
framed and plastered, with red plain tile roof. 2 storeys. 1,2 window range C18,
Double hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars. Flat door canopy on brackets.
C16 red brick chimney stack with attached diagonal shafts. Lean-to extension at east
and west end. Wing to rear of cross-wing may be C16 kitchen. (RCHM 40).
