House - circa 1500. 3 bay hall with later alterations and additions. Timber
framed and rough rendered. Red tiled roof with projecting eaves. Central
chimney with panelled base, 4 octagonal shafts with moulded bases and capping.
2 storeys. 3 window range of 3 light casements with transoms. Central 2
panelled door, half glazed with margins, fluted pilasters, flat canopy and
brackets. Stop chamfered bridging joists throughout. Adam style fireplace.
C18 stairs. Several other good C18 details. RCHM 3. West End Hall. Moated
site.
