House terrace, built as one house in mid Cl7. Extended at rear
in C18. Cased in red brick early C19. Circa 1970 1-window left
extension (No 3). Timber frame plain tile roof with roughcast
central ridge stacks; C18 stacks on rear slope of roof. 2
storeys. 5 C19-20 glazing bar casements. In centre is a 2-
storeys canted porch. Half-glazed door in segmental headed
frame. Interior of No. 2 has, on right, a C17 bay with chamfer-
stopped beam. Clasped purlin roof. Inglenook in half bay to
left has a wide roll-moulded bressumer. 3 gable ends in line at
rear.
