Parish church. Earliest features are C13, and the chancel has the original lan-
cet windows in the north and south walls. Mid-C14 nave and north and south
aisles with four bay arcades and with clerestory over the south arcade. West
tower of c.1450, of three stages with embattled parapet and small leaded needle
spire. C15 south porch much restored, and there are considerable later restora-
tions and additions. Among the fittings of special interest is the C14 altar
tomb, with effigies of a knight and his lady, with good detail of armour and
costume. Other fittings include some brasses, especially a miniature late C15
knight and lady, C15 chancel screen, C17-C18 pulpit with inlaid wood shields with
arms of Leventhorp and others.
