House in row. Early C19. Local stone rubble with ashlar quoins and tooled stone dressings; concrete double Roman tile
roof, large brick end chimney stack. 2 storeys with attic, 2 bays. 12-pane sash windows set flush to wall, paired to
lower bay 1; C19 four-panel door to bay 2 set under rectangular fanlight in recess; pitched roof dormer with 2-light
casement between bays. Interior not seen.
