House. Mid-C15 with later additions and alterations. Timber framed, partly
of cruck construction, with painted brick infill, plain tile roofs. T-plan

Two storeys; framing: close studding with middle rail and curved tension
braces to solar; hall range brick clad but part of cruck blade visible at
south-east corner; fenestration all late C19 and C20, front (former solar)
has two 2-light casements to first floor and one single-light casement to
left of central entrance; late C19 gable brick porch with ogee outer
arch and pointed wooden finial, C20 half-glazed door; external red brick
end stack to right and one behind ridge to left, both with three attached
