Farmhouse. Late C18, probably enlargement of earlier dwelling. Roughcast, slate roof, coped verges, brick stacks gable
ends. T-plan. Two storeys, 4 bays; 12-pane sash windows, string course breaks centre rental entrance, C19 hipped slate
roof porch set on concrete piers, panelled door with inserted lights. Right return buttressed, rear wing plain tile arid
triple Roman tiled, C20 fenestration. Interior not seen. Brick wall enclosing forecourt, raked down from house about
1,25 metres high, brick piers on axis of entrance, pyramid tops, moulded plinth; cast iron gate with spearhead
uprights, In poor condition at time of survey (March 1984).
