Detached House. Early C18. Coursed rough cut Doulting stone with alternating course thicknesses for the most part,
chamfered quoins to ground floor, plinth with rounded top, moulded string course at first floor level and moulded
eaves-cornice. C19 slate roof with ashlar stone chimney stack over east gable with moulded cap. "L"-plan. 2-storey
and a basement. 5-window front with central entrance. Timber casement windows with glazing bars, 12-panes set in
bead-moulded stone frames. Window over entrance has 4-centred arched head with imposts and keystone. Door with
6-panels, 2 glazed and complete set of brass furniture, set in stone architrave with broken pediment supported on
brackets enclosing a stone urn. Rear wing in rubble stone with double Roman clay tiles to roof. Coped gable with
finial C19 windows. Flight of Basalt stone steps and Basalt stone flags to raised entrance terrace.
