Farmhouse, now dwelling. Circa 1800. Red sandstone random rubble originally rendered, hipped slate roof, brick stacks rising from eaves on returns. Plan double pile. 2 storeys, 3 bays, 16-pane sash windows, central flat lead roofed
Doric porch, 6-panel double floor, Adam-style fanlight. 3 bay returns; right return with semi-circular headed 24-pane sash window, probably renewed. Interior not seen.
