Cottage and adjoining dairy. Mid C18 and mid C19, with C20 additions. Brick and random rubble, partly rendered and whitewashed. Thatched, slate and flat roofs. Two gable, single ridge and single lateral brick stacks. Single storey plus attics, four unequal bays. L-plan. Front has to left small outshut with C20 two-light casement. To right, part-glazed door with C20 canopy and beyond, two C19 three-light glazing bar casements. All these openings have segmental heads. Beyond, to left, single storey dairy has C20 cross casement. Above, eaves dormer with two-light casement with segmental head. East gable has, above, central C20 casement. Rear has off-centre door flanked by single casements. To right, C20 single storey addition.
