House in row. Circa 1700. Local lias stone ashlar, Ham stone dressings; double Roman clay tile roof between coped
gables; one stone and one brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Plinth, string course and eaves course;
hollow-chamfered mullioned windows of 4-lights to outer bays with rectangular leaded panes and continuous string course
to head of lower windows, no labels to upper windows; to centre bay 6-fielded-panel door in architraved surround with
open stone segmental pediment on console brackets; above this a 2-light window with architraved surround and segmental
arched head, and beaded centre mullion with moulded cill framing early casements with thick glazing bars; some first
Floor windows have C18 iron framed opening lights and external casement stays. Interior not seen.
