House. Early to mid C17 with late C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Timber framed with plastered infill on brick plinth. Slate roof.

Framing: small square panels, three from sole plate to former wall plate. Two framed bays with later addition to right. Two storeys. Brick stack behind ridge off-centre to left (rebuilt above roof in C20). Four window front; C20 two-light wooden casements. C20 six-panelled door between first and second windows from left with gabled porch. Left-hand gable end has collar and cambered tie-beam truss with queen struts.

INTERIOR: eaves raised, probably in late C19 or early C20. Roof trusses survive. Central truss and former right-hand end truss with tie beams, collars and queen struts. Right-hand truss with cambered tie beam.
