1888. 2 storeys and attics in ashlar. Roof of stone slates. Centre section projects,
gabled, 2-light attic window above 2-light window on 1st floor. 2 narrow flanking
lights to 6-panel door with rectangular fanlight in segmental headed architrave,
Windows and door in chamfered reveals. 4 steps. Moulded string between storeys
continue to flanking sections, which have 2 3-light windows above 2 6-light windows.
Plinth of coursed rubble with basement windows and doors. 2 stone stacks at gable
ends.
4 gate piers with pyramidal caps and stopped chamfer carving. Iron railings, standards
and half-standards.
The Church of St George, Nos 1 to 7 (consec), Nos 9 to 12 (consec), Outbuilding
to No 12 and Nos l4 to 22 (consec) form a group.
Also Nos 1 to 7 (consec), Nos 9 to 12 (consec), Outbuilding to No 12 and Nos 14
to 22 (consec) with Nos 25 and 26 St Mary's Street form a group.
