Small cottage. Early C19. Red brick. Red plain tiled roof hipped to road
with moulded ridge tiles. Parapet with moulded stone band under. Rusticated
quoins. Single storey. 1 vertically sliding sash window to right. 4 steps
lead to 4 panelled door in plain surround to left. Probably built as a service
wing to Trinity Hall q.v. 8/92.
