Cottage. C18 or earlier. Rendered, probably cob on stone rubble footings ; thatched
roof, gabled at ends ; massive projecting rear lateral stack with brick shaft.
Plan: Single depth, front door to left. Details of plan unclear at time of survey
(1987) as interior not inspected, but a slated outshut is probably an addition.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3 window front with regular fenestration. C20
front door to right, C20 windows in enlarged embrasures.
Interior: Not inspected but exposed carpentry survives and the roof may be of
interest. An interior inspection could necessitate revising the suggested date.
