Farmhouse, late C17, colourwashed brick, pantiles. L-shaped, each arm of
3 bays, 2 storeys. Principal facade to east, platband, moulded eaves
cornice, large internal stack to left gable end. Central doorway with open
pediment to coping, fanlight. All openings of tall casement lights with
glazing bars renewed late C20, segmental arches, 2 of 3 lights to ground
floor, 3 of 2 lights to first floor. 2 gauged brick flat arches of former
openings to left of doorway ground and first floor. Left return with shaped
gable parapet, platband and first floor of brick with coloured headers;
openings to left under segmental arches, French windows to ground floor,
2-light casement to first floor as to front. Rear: brick, colourwashed
to ground floor, platband, coloured headers to first floor, double saw tooth
brick eaves cornice; no openings. Wing to north, colourwashed, no platband
or cornice, pantiles, end internal stack to right. End bay to left (return
to east range) with 2 blank openings under cambered heads; ground floor
with 2 3-light openings as to east facade under segmental and cambered
arches, doorway to right with cambered-head; first floor with 3 2-light
openings, to left under segmental arch, those to right under flat arches.
