Detached house. C18 with late C19 or early C20 addition.
Coursed rubble limestone; dressed windows; ashlar chimneys with
moulded caps; stone-slate roof. 2 storey with attic; central
hall with 1 room laterally; further room added at east end; C20
addition at back. Front of 3 windows, doorway off-centre with
timber lintel and 6-panel door; 2-light chamfered mullioned
windows either side of doorway without hoodmoulds, 2-lights above;
timber casements with artificial stone lintels to right; central
roof dormer. East gable end has 1 off-centre window to each
floor: both metal casements with timber lintels; exposed purl in
ends above. Very important position as view-closer to main street
in Duntisbourne Leer.
