A house of C17 origin but extensively altered in the C19. The front block has
been faced in red brick and has 2 gables on the front. 2 storeys and attics.
The attics are lit by windows in the gables. The front block has casement windows.
The rear block has earlier C19 fenestration, brick mullioned. windows with round
headed cast iron lattice lights and square hood moulds. Roof tiled, with an original
central chimney stack with diagonal shafts. There is the remains of a moat.
