Gatescreen on Howick road, c.150 metres west of Craster Tower

Gatescreen, probably late C18. Squared whinstone with cut sandstone piers and
dressings. Square piers with moulded cornices and swept-and-banded square
finials; 1.5-metre high quadrant walls, with low-pitched coping, join similar
end piers. Two finials broken.
