Early C19. (Probably circa 1840). 3 storeys and basement. Silver grey brick.
Bath stone strings between floors, and stone window arches. Wide flat eaves.
Slate roof. Brick end chimneys with cogged capping. 3 windows to upper floors,
plate glass sashes with marginal glazing. Central door on ground floor.
1st floor windows have balconies with cast iron rails and honeysuckle pattern
panels. Cast iron fleur-de-lys rails to front.
