Three estate houses, semi-detached c1870 for Harman Grisewood. Coursed squared and dressed limestone and sandstone with ashlar quoins, stone slate roof, ashlar stacks. 'n'-shaped plan with porches projecting from left and right-hand walls.
Facade; One and a half storeys, with principal gables projecting forwards right and left, flanking two half dormers, lean-to porch attached to left wall of right-hand gable. Four-windowed; two and three-light metal casements mostly with single horizontal glazing bars, some with original patterned glazing. Round-arched entrances to porches, C19 plank doors within. Slightly stepped gable-end coping with moulded kneelers.
