House, later C18. Squared stone, rendered on right return. Left part has
roof of mixed blue and purple slates, right part blue synthetic slates; old
brick stacks. Front in 2 parts set at different angles to conform to curve
of Front Street/Church Street junction. Right part 2 storeys, 3 bays,
symmetrical. Central 4-panel door with overlight; plain sash windows with
slightly-projecting sills. "Coped gables on moulded kneelers; end stacks,
the right with band. Lower left part 2 storeys, 3 bays. Similar ground-
floor windows, centre and right inserted in former doorways. lst floor has
4-pane casement, set directly beneath eaves, in centre bay ony. Old outshuts
to rear.
Attached outbuilding set back to right is not of interest.
