Sheepfold and shepherd's
5/26 shelter c1500 yards north-
east of Lowshield Green
II

Sheepfold and shepherd's shelter. Probably early C19. Dry stone wall and
dressed stone. Corrugated iron roof to shelter.

Circular sheepfold c50 feet in diameter with entrance on south side. East side
uses a massive rock, fallen from crag behind, as walling. Single-storey, one-
room cottage, built into wall on north side, has stable door in west gable end
and small square chimney,with ventilation slits below, on east gable end.
