Shop and newspaper office. Early C18. Painted brick. L-plan. 3 storeys,
2 bays. C19 shop front to left. On right round-arched entry to Herald Office
Yard. Above 2-pane sashes in original openings with flat arches. Steeply-
pitched pantiled roof.
Long 3-storey rear wing has irregular openings including large 48-pane stair
window. and 20- and 16-pane sashes. Steeply-pitched roof with crow-stpped gable.
