House, now offices. Early C19 altered and extended 1985. Brick, slate,
hipped roof. Rectangular plan with large extension at rear. 3 storeys.
Flanking chimneys with clay pots. Flat eaves on pairs of brackets. 3 bay,
symmetrical front. Sash windows with glazing bars, those on ground floor
altered. 6-panel central entrance door, reeded head, plain arched fanlight,
in painted, rendered, recessed arched opening. One storey extension on
left, set back, with slate roof and small skylight. Planked door on left,
and sash window on right. Small late C20 iron railing in front on dwarf
brick wall.
