House of 2 periods, late C18 and early C20. Brick, with tile roof. 2-storeys
and attic, 2 storeys, rear wing of 1 storey and attic. Old symmetrical front
(north) of 3 windows, extended eastwards with 3 irregularly spaced upper
windows. Painted brick walling: plinth, cambered ground-floor openings, 1st
floor band. Sashes, the ground floor having 3 lights in the old part and
having smaller openings (1.2.1) within a very wide angular bay in the later
part. 2 flat-roofed dormers in the old part, ) ½ dormers (1st floor windows) in
the later; at the rear a mixture of window types. Late C19 classical doorcase,
with pediment, brackets, and 5-panelled (single top glazed) door. The rear
wing (west side) has timber-framing of later form, with painted brick infill.
