Cottage, formerly pigeoncote. 1713. Red brick with tiles and pantiles
to the steeply pitched brick coped gabled roof, with kneelers and single
gable stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Varied fenestration, large pane sash
to ground floor east and casement to west, with 2 glazing bar sashes to
the 1st floor. There is a central ornamental niche to the 1st floor,
probably once containing a plaque or insignia. To the rear is a single
storey brick extension. Included for group value only.
