Napoleonic semaphore station cottage, circa 1800, restored 1984. Stuccoed
brick with incised masonry lines, slate roofs. 2 bay by 2 bay block with
single bay to rear in centre, single storey on raised basement. Front has
blind basement openings in high plinth and 2 C19 cross-windows. Moulded
cornice and low parapet and over each bay a hipped roof.
